Former surgery fanatic Mary Magdalene has toned down her look in recent months on a quest to become 'more natural'.
However, it seems like the OnlyFans star could be about to change her mind again.
The model took to her Instagram page this week to share a throwback of her huge 38J boobs.

Mary has now had her chest reduced, after one of her huge implants popped back in February and left her with a uniboob.
However, she teased that she's 'tempted to go bigger' again after admitting she 'missed' her huge boobs.
In the photo, Mary showed off her former eye-popping chest in a strappy nude dress.
She teamed this with dramatic makeup and an orange wig as she pouted her enhanced lips at the camera.
Captioning the post, she wrote: "Got my camera out today and found this gem on there.
"Today was definitely one of those days where I miss my big jugs lol I remember this night I looked so hot lol."
She also took to her Instagram story and wrote: "I just know my followers gonna be drained when I am back bigger. Girl, lol."
Many of Mary's 215,000 followers urged her to re-think though and embrace her current look.
One wrote: "I loved your jugs but I love your smaller jugs too!! I can't wait to get mine reduced and we're nothing near those beach balls ."
While another added: "Many of us look back and think the same thing about ourselves (missing being thinner or more muscly).
"I think you look fantastic now and reduction was so well done! You've healed amazingly! Embrace who you are now whilst still looking back fondly."
A third added: "Recreate this pic with your new look I bet you would hotter now."
Just last week, Mary admitted she 'feared surgery would kill her'.
The 30-year-old social media star, from Toronto, Canada, took Instagram to share the honest admission after fellow OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani died from a 'massive heart attack' following a plastic surgery operation.
After hearing the news, Mary took to her Instagram story to share her warning to fans.
She wrote: "I want to tell everyone to be careful, but it almost doesn't matter because you never know when you're gonna die, so I don't know there's really a solution to be honest.
"The only solution is for everyone to just not have plastic surgery, but if you don't do that then there's always a chance you will die, so I mean just reduce your chance of dying by finding a good doctor with good reviews."
After sharing her surgery warning, one fan asked if she'd ever get bigger boobs again.
Mary replied: "No, I would never go bigger like before.
"I don't want anymore surgery, I'm scared, I don't wanna die right now."
Mary formerly spent around £81,000 on plastic surgery, including three boob jobs, three Brazilian butt lifts, cheek fat removal, hip fillers, 20 dental veneers and several lip fillers.
The former stripper was also known for her famous vagina surgery to gain what she calls the "fattest vagina in the world".
