EXCLUSIVE: Mainstream fashion model turned hardcore porn star Catherine Knight spoke to Daily Star about why she won’t date just one person at a time and how it is becoming more normal in society
An adult star who turned to sex work despite going to uni to be a doctor says she could never return to monogamous relationships.
Catherine Knight, 29, has been polyamorous for years but said people used to think it was strange.
The OnlyFans model said it is a lot more common in 2023 and vowed to never go back to dating just one person at a time.

She is now in multiple relationships simultaneously and speaking to Daily Star, the brunette beauty said: “I was in monogamous relationships before but I have been polyamorous for over eight years now.
“It just didn’t work out for me.
“Every time I was in a relationship I was very loyal but I was still attracted to other people and I wanted to explore and develop connections with others.
“I felt restricted and it felt weird.”
Catherine, who is from Chile but recently moved to Budapest from Berlin, added: “I didn’t know that polyamory existed back then and I found a poly couple on YouTube and then I was like ‘wow, is this possible and is this allowed’?
“I then labelled myself as polyamorous and I broke up with my boyfriend at the time to start going on dates and being really straight forward with it.
“I would say ‘hey I’m polyamorous and that is the relationship I want to pursue’.
“Back then it was a bit like ‘what are you doing’ because it was regarded as so strange.
“Now everybody is polyamorous these days, especially in Berlin where people are so open minded. It is just not a big deal any more.”
Catherine spent a decade as a mainstream fashion model before turning to OnlyFans during the pandemic.
But when she was younger she had ambitions to be a doctor and even went to university to pursue a medical career.
However, in part one of our interview with her, she explained why education wasn’t for her.
She said: “I finished school and went to university because I wanted to be a doctor.
“But university wasn’t fun for me. I was just so not into it.
“I was doing modelling on the side and my career just went insane from one day to the next.
“So I stopped going to university and I started travelling. I was modelling internationally for a long time and I did it for over 10 years.
“I realised being a doctor was not exciting. It was just so much to learn and it was just so boring.
“I was obsessed with shows that make that career look more interesting and maybe I was brainwashed by TV.
“I have always been into creative things so studying all day and reading books was just not for me.”
Catherine Knight was nominated in the AVNs this year for Best New International Scarlet and Hottest Newcomer.
Her first ever sex scene was also nominated for an award.
But although her mum was supportive of her switch to modelling, she was later disappointed when she embraced racier work.
She said: “My mum was really p****d at first when I started OnlyFans.
“She loved me modelling, that’s like a dream for every mum, she was always showing my pictures to friends and family.
“But she was really p****d because she thought I could do better [than sex work] but then she started to realise how much money I was making and all the opportunities I have now.
“I am able to travel everywhere and am super independent. Basically I am able to enjoy my life in a way that I never did before, not even when I was modelling.
“So she is happy right now with everything I have done.”
